How Harborline runs

  1. 01 — Intake note

You share context, craft focus, and weekly time available. Moderators suggest a path rather than a generic catalog dump.

  2. 02 — Orientation rituals

You learn how threads are titled, how timers work in live rooms, and how the activity log stays honest without blame.

  3. 03 — Cohort or async track

Cohort learners lock live blocks; async learners pick clinics. Both share the same artifact quality bar.

  4. 04 — Mentor passes

Studio and Agency tracks receive structured markup on assignments. Individual learners join lottery office hours.

  5. 05 — Community payback

Everyone leaves at least one public comment, doc fix, or facilitation note so the next wave inherits momentum.

Before

Silent docs, giant slides, and retro items that reopen every sprint.

After

Visible owners, shorter forums, and retros that reference the activity log everyone trusts.
